Assessment & Intake: 1 hour + full report
When starting with a new athlete & client I like to do an assessment session so I can understand your body and mind better, this assessment can last anything between 45 to 90 minutes and is structured as follows:
- for this session I ask you to fill out my assessment & intake form about your fitness & running history - we book an appointment either in person or via video - the appointment then will start off with a simple workout which enables me to observe and understand how your body moves: balance, muscular strength, endurance, running mechanics and form - then we will go over all your answers from the intake form, the information shared, the workout we did
Within a week following your assessment I will put together a report along with recommendations and send this to you.
This assessment session has a one-time fee of $150.
The assessment session and report doesn’t commit you to anything and is a good way to get to know each other and gives you the opportunity to get a fitness check in, review your running mechanics and see how I work.
