I have always wanted to run a full marathon and when I finally had that chance with the 2017 NYC Marathon, my excitement was through the roof. But along with the excitement was the nervousness and anxiety that comes with preparing for it. With Coach Steph B, I found the perfect program. One that made sure I had well rounded training and that ramped up my miles steadily so that my body adjusted along the way. I found the app to be the perfect way to check off my daily workouts and my meals and snacks. I appreciated how Coach Steph’s style is the perfect balance of supportive and tough. She held me accountable with our weekly phone call check ins and I loved how I could count on Coach Steph to keep me going when fatigue set in or that little seed of doubt showed up as race day grew closer. I had a great race that day and I owe a lot of that to Coach Steph! Thanks so much!!!

Thanks to CoachStephB's amazing training plan I feel strong and confident to tackle my first marathon. The private yoga and personal training sessions we do via video calls are really helpful too. Thanks for the extra push coach these past few weeks. I can't believe I am using the 30lb kettlebells for my squats and lunges, to think I could barely lift a finger when we started. My body is getting really strong and I love how fast I am becoming with my running. Running more miles in less time just makes me want to run more. Loving this month's meal plan and recipes too. This was only a few weeks from starting to work with Steph. In a matter of 3 months I stopped drinking soda, cut a few inches and successfully completed my first ever 5K! Amazing considering I used to ONLY drink venti coffees and cream and sugar, soda all day long and could barely run to catch the bus. Steph is the BEST. You will LOVE working with her!
