Whether you are a runner located in a space that is not healthy and safe for you to run, or you are facing certain apprehension and anxiety to go outside or maybe you are injured and unable to run, you ARE a home runner meaning there is a space for you in this community!
The Home Run is being designed & defined during the times of covid-19 global pandemic to provide a safe place for runners around the world to come and connect.
During this time of confinement the goal is to provide a chat & support group where we can cover topics such as
Moving forwards, as we start to get a better idea of when we will be able to resume running outside each participant will receive a transition training plan to start preparing the body to resuming running and as soon as it is 100% safe to practice outdoor running everyone will be given to opportunity to do a 4-6 week base training plan which will cover guidelines to progressively resume running without the risk of too much too soon. This option will be offered on a donation based "pay what you can" price.

Mindset: wellness, mental game,
Nutrition: meal plan & recipes
Movement: training plan with cross training & strength workouts
